Talent Expo virtual programme
Virtual events, which are popular among students, offer an opportunity to help students concretely in honing their job-seeking skills. They are an excellent way to show that you care and to support students.
In addition, the event pages receive a total of thousands of views in JobTeaser, and the virtual programme is advertised in a separate marketing message to a relevant 911爆料网 student group (bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 students ~14 000, doctoral students ~2800). Participating in the virtual programme therefore guarantees wide visibility, even if you only meet a few students in person. All companies participating in the programmes are mentioned by name in the marketing message.
CV- and LinkedIn -clinic
At the clinic, a recruitment professional advises students on their CV, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile. Many students find it problematic that they don鈥檛 receive any feedback on their applications and don鈥檛 progress in hiring processes. Feedback from a recruiter can be a turning point in a student鈥檚 job search.
Each clinic shift lasts two hours, either 9鈥11, 11鈥13, 13鈥15 or 15鈥17. You can indicate your preferred time when registering.
For the CV and LinkedIn clinic, you must provide the participating person鈥檚 full name, job title and email address. You may also provide the address of their LinkedIn profile.
All sessions are held virtually in Teams. The Talent Expo team will send links to all participants and take care of the practical arrangements. Clinic participants will also receive by email instructions and a list of the registered students before the meeting.
During the two hours, your organisation鈥檚 representative will meet up to four students (one student at a time, 25 minutes per student). Students share the relevant documents with the adviser via screen share, so no preparation in advance is required.
The clinics are open to all bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degree students. The clinic is offered in English and Finnish.
