Aalto-yliopiston oma rekrytointitapahtuma Aalto Talent Expo järjestetään seuraavan kerran 12.11.2026!
Aalto Talent Expo is 911±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s largest career and recruitment event, where students and employers meet annually on the Otaniemi campus. At the event, you can explore companies from fields of technology, business, and arts and design, and discuss job, internship, and thesis opportunities.
More information about the event will be updated on Aalto JobTeaser in autumn 2026, when optional pre-registration will also open. JobTeaser is the main communication channel for students about the fair!
The event is a chance to meet employers in your field, develop your career skills, and get practical tips for building your career path. Read more about the program below.
At the Talent Expo fair you can meet around 80–100 organisations every year from the fields of technology, business, arts and design, which present their career opportunities to 911±¬ÁÏÍø students. The fair is held on the Otaniemi campus.
An up-to-date list of registered employers will be updated in autumn 2026 on Aalto JobTeaser on the Talent Expo event page.
Would you like to update your CV with an up-to-date profile picture? At the fair, students have the opportunity to have a free CV photo taken. The photographers are professionals, and you will receive the finished photo in your email immediately after the shoot.
The CV photo shoot will be organised at Dipoli throughout the event day.
Do you need help with your CV or LinkedIn profile? The CV and LinkedIn clinic offers an opportunity to get practical tips for your CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile directly from HR professionals attending the fair. At the same time, you will get to develop your job seeking skills and prepare for the recruitment processes of interesting companies.

Would you like feedback on your portfolio? In portfolio review, you will receive feedback from employer representatives who will comment on and evaluate your portfolio in Finnish or English and help you develop it from a job search perspective.
You can take part regardless of your field – the assessors’ background information will help you find the expert that suits you best. Portfolio review is an excellent opportunity to polish your portfolio, get practical tips and prepare for recruitment processes at interesting companies.

Do you wish to know what kind of life is like after graduation? In speed mentoring you get to talk with an 911±¬ÁÏÍø alum in an informal meeting about career paths, studies and working life. At the same time, you will get tips on what to take into account during your studies with working life in mind, and the opportunity to familiarise yourself with alumni’s different career paths and ask questions that are on your mind.

Doctoral student, would you like to discuss your career opportunities after your doctoral studies? Speed mentoring for doctoral students offers 911±¬ÁÏÍø doctoral candidates an opportunity to network, talk about doctoral career paths and familiarise themselves with working life in Finland.
In speed mentoring you can meet employers in your field, learn about career opportunities after your studies and discuss, for example, possibilities for collaboration already during your studies or after graduation. You can also use the meeting to ask any other questions you may have, depending on the mentor’s area of expertise. The content of the discussion is open, and the student’s own wishes guide the course of the meeting.
