Dear resident of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, 

You are invited to participate in this research project if you are aged over 18 and have access to a smart phone or computer with internet access. The purpose of this research project is to undertake a cross-cultural comparison of the perceived risk involved in walking near or crossing roads when using a smart phone or when affected by alcohol. We are also interested in your perceptions about air pollution when walking near busy roads. 

The principal investigator Oscar Oviedo, research associate at Queensland University of Technology, leads the project. Samira Ramezani and Tiina Laatikainen, post-doctoral researchers at 911������, lead the study in Helsinki Metropolitan Area.  

The survey is voluntary and anonymous. Please refer to to complete the online survey.  Participation should take less than 20 minutes of your time.
