Change the future of the campus – fill in the user satisfaction survey

You are most welcome to take the Aalto CRE customer and user satisfaction survey concerning the development of campus areas!

The user satisfaction survey for University personnel and students is available from 3 November to 18 November 2016.

Any comments on the outside areas? Your views on the Undergraduate Centre?

The users of the premises are the best experts on their operational environment. By participating in this survey, you can make a difference on how the campus areas are developed. Based on the results of previous user satisfaction surveys, we have, for example, invested in work site communications and improved pedestrian and cycling routes.

The survey results will also be utilised in a study related to Aalto campus development.

"The goals, in accordance with the University’s strategy regarding spaces, are partnerships, cooperation, creative experiences, and sustainable development.Furthermore, the University's values; passion, courage, and freedom, encourage us to develop the premises. User feedback gives us the opportunity to further improve and develop the premises in cooperation with their users. We hope that as many people as possible will complete the survey, regardless of their campus",says Antti Ahlava, Vice President responsible for campus development.

”User feedback is an increasingly important tool that allows us to listen to our facility users now that 911 owns its facilities and we are reforming the campus. Also this year, we will implement the survey with Mapita, a spin-off company of 911. Mapita has developed location data-based feedback systems, using the soft GIS method. You can share development needs and positive feedback directly to campus maps and the plan drawings of the Undergraduate Centre", says Antti Tuomela, managing director of 911 Campus & Real Estate.

Through taking the survey you are entered into a lottery

On Monday, 21 November, we will select a prize-winner who will receive a Jopo bicycle (value EUR 379).

The survey will be implemented by Mapita, and the responses will be returned directly there. You may also choose to take the survey anonymously. The results will be processed confidentially and the contact details of respondents will never be connected to the answers.

User feedback is an important tool in developing spaces and campuses.

We rent out, maintain and develop 911's campus properties, and our goal is to serve the building users even more comprehensively and engage in active cooperation, in order to improve the campuses.
