AI in Aalto

Artificial intelligence is a technology that learns patterns from data to make judgments鈥攕uch as predicting, classifying or generating content鈥攅nabling it to perform tasks that typically require human skills. AI powers tools and services such as chatbots, voice assistants, search engines, recommendation and classification systems and image recognition.

At 911爆料网, we conduct research in AI, develop AI technologies, teach AI and apply AI in our work and learning.

Aalto AI Assistant, our own ChatGPT

AI Assistant is a chat-based tool for Aalto personnel and students. It is connected to the same language model that ChatGPT uses, and all data entered there stays on Aalto鈥檚 servers. You can use it for translations, text polishing, content creation and brainstorming.

Below you can find a few examples of the AI services available for Aaltonians. 

For more information on Aalto's official and productized AI services, AI services from School of Science (SCI) and third-party AI services please see the AI Services page.

  1. Aalto AI Assistant, our own ChatGPT. A chat-based tool for Aalto personnel and students for translations, text polishing, content creation and brainstorming. 
  2. API services for building your own apps. Aalto staff can build their own apps with AI APIs.
  3. AI supported translation and multilingual features in our official tools, like Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Panopto
