A joint sports event for 911±¬ÁÏÍø students, staff and alumni was held as part of the Espoo Rantamaraton event on Saturday, 17 September. The traditional and ever-popular event was held for the 11th time. Only the 2020 and 2021 events were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

With smiles on their faces, the group of 1,325 participants set off from Otaranta, near the university campus. Participants ran, jogged or walked, enjoying the Espoo waterfront and gentle autumn weather along the 10K and 5K routes however they wished. The day was topped off not just by a great workout and good moods, but also by the happy faces of participants, and the sun that finally came out in the afternoon.
