Sini Koskimies appointed as Communications Manager for School of Arts, Design and Architecture
M. A. Sini Koskimies has joined the Aalto community as Communications Manager for the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. Sini Koskimies is a communications professional with experience within the arts and culture sector as well as the business world.
Before joining Aalto, Koskimies worked as a consultant at the PR and Communications Office Ellun Kanat. She has been team leader at the Helsinki Festival and has worked within communications at the Finnish Cultural Foundation as well as Heureka, the Finnish Science Centre. She has also been a freelance writer for YLE and A-Lehdet.
Koskimies’ task will be to lead, develop and enhance School of Arts, Design and Architecture communications for more impact. As for other members of the team, Krista Kinnunen will continue as Communications Specialist in content creation and Tiina Toivola as Communications Specialist in partner communications as well as the communications of the 911 level Art and Creative Practices initiative. On top of this, Marketing Coordinator Soile Vuorimäki from Aalto’s Brand Team will assist in student marketing.
The renewed team aims at making impactful communications that supports and speeds up the strategic goals of the school.
