Renewed Inside website of IT services now in test – you can make a difference!
The renewed version of the site is in test use for collecting feedback during 9.11.-30.11. We will make necessary improvements based on your feedback. You might find some faults on the site during the test phase, which we kindly ask to report when giving feedback. The official launch of the website will be in early December and will be announced on different channels separately.

What website?
A renewed Inside website of IT services has been launched for test use. Main goals of the renewal is being user-friendly and easy to use. The visual look and structure of the front page and service presentation have been redesigned. Instructions will be updated in 2018.
Why?
Based on feedback from the previous version of ITS’s Inside website, users found difficult to find needed information. Service descriptions were out-of-date and it was difficult to find relevant information from them, e.g. what benefits does the service provide or how to get the service. On the renewed site, which is now in test use, we emphasized positive user experience and that information can be found quickly and easily.
How?
- A new thing is structuring the site to three parts: services, instructions and sending a service request
- An important feature is also the search box on front page, which searches information only from IT services site in separation to the whole Inside search located in the upper right corner.
- Left navigation bar has fewer elements and the most important links have been relocated to quick links to the right side bar. “Did you know?” –box enables presenting the most used services and enables finding good services that might have been previously unknown.
