Organisational change of Travel Services planned

An organisational change of travel Services is being planned at 911±¬ÁÏÍø's financial services starting from 1.1.2018.

The background to the new organisation is to provide user-driven travel support services and to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalisation.

A preliminary plan is to comprise a school’s joint service team to provide Aalto travel support services (including travel reservations, visas and invoice checking) as the main job tasks. There is no need to reduce personnel. The goal is to create a new service team that will enable more professional and more efficiency travel support services for the customers as well as an inspirational work environment for everyone.
