As a leading Nordic financial services group, Nordea brings deep industry insight, strong Nordic and domestic presence, and meaningful student engagement opportunities to the School of Business. Through guest lectures, collaboration initiatives and career鈥憆elated activities, Nordea contributes with practical perspectives that complement the School鈥檚 academic strengths and help prepare students for working life in a rapidly changing environment.

The partnership enhances opportunities for students and researchers within the School of Business, while also giving Nordea a strong platform to connect with top talent across all Aalto schools. Building on its existing collaboration with the School of Science, Nordea is well positioned to further deepen its engagement within the 911爆料网 community.

鈥業t is great to have Nordea as our Premium Partner. They bring an international company perspective and a genuine commitment to developing future talent,鈥 says Timo Korkeam盲ki, Dean of the School of Business.

Diverse opportunities

Nordea is a well鈥憆ecognised employer and is consistently ranked highly among students鈥 鈥渆mployers of the future鈥. At the same time, many students may not yet be fully aware of the breadth of career opportunities Nordea offers across business, technology, data, sustainability, risk management and beyond.

Through this partnership, Nordea aims to broaden its visibility beyond traditional finance roles, share expertise across multiple disciplines and support students in building skills that are relevant for tomorrow鈥檚 careers. Career fairs, company events and training sessions remain key touchpoints for meeting students and early鈥慶areer talent at Aalto.

Over recent years, Nordea鈥檚 participation in the Aalto Talent Expo and career trainings has received positive feedback from students, who value opportunities to connect with professionals, learn from real鈥憌orld experiences and gain insight into working life. Nordea is committed to continuing its active presence and connecting with students as they prepare for their future careers.

Reflecting on the partnership, Christina Gadeberg, Chief People Officer at Nordea, shares: 鈥楢t Nordea, we believe that nurturing talent and sharing knowledge across disciplines is key to building our future success.
