New publication series: NDI Background Papers
Northern Dimension Institute has launched a new publication series, the NDI Background Papers.
The purpose of the new publication series, the NDI Background Papers, is to raise awareness about emerging topics relevant to the Northern Dimension thematic partnerships, and review the state of the art of research on them in the Northern Dimension area.
