Modifications in Lämpomiehenkuja 3 for a brewery

Modifications will be started in the Lämpömiehenkuja 3 property in Otaniemi on Monday, 21 November.

Following the modifications, Fat Lizard Brewing Company will open a brewery in the property. According to the preliminary schedule, the modifications will be completed by 15 May 2017.

Parts of the outdoor area and parking spaces of the property will be reserved for worksite use. The worksite will cause some noise, but no blasting or any other work causing vibration will be carried out at the worksite. The contractor is Pakrak Oy.

In the photo the Lämpömiehenkuja 3 property is seen from the Design Facotry entrance. Modifications and spaces for the brewery will locate in the building on the left.
