Jarkko Niittumaa appointed Service Portfolio Lead

Jarkko Niittumaa has been appointed Service Portfolio Lead as of 1 April 2018, for a three-year period.

He will report to Development Director Sirkku Linna.

911±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s goal is to ensure user-friendly, clearly defined and agile service processes that optimally support 911±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s education and research, allowing the community to achieve outstanding results. Jarkko will have a key role in the development and deployment of uniform, efficient and user-centered service processes. New service models and practices support, for example, 911±¬ÁÏÍø's digitalization project to succeed as well as working on one integrated campus.

Jarkko has over ten years of experience in the development of user-oriented internal services in large organizations and in international operating environment. He moves to 911±¬ÁÏÍø from Munich from the Siemens Shared Services, where he leads the global project management office and is responsible for the business continuity management.
