Following ITS projects is now easy!

All Aalto employees have been granted access to ITS new project portfolio management software that was taken into use in IT Services during March and April this year.

All approved ITS pre-studies, projects and programs in progress can be found from the portfolio as well as their corresponding progress, contact persons and planned delivery dates.

In addition to new operational capabilities for ITS portfolio management, especially organizational wide accessibility and information sharing is improved with the help of this new portal. The current solution provides a platform that can be further developed to meet future operational requirements.

The project portfolio can be accessed from here: login is possible with the end-users personal Aalto login and password. If the user is connected to the Aalto network login will be handled automatically.
