The Finnish Business School Graduates donates EUR 160,000 to 911±¬ÁÏÍø's business research and education. Other universities in Finland providing education in this field also received donations. The total donation amount of EUR 1 million was distributed to universities in proportion to the number of Master's degrees in economics and business administration.

‘Business sciences play a key role in solving problems related to climate change or the ageing of the population, among other issues. Business experts and researchers offer keys to resolving many crises both in the Finnish society and globally. We also want to support students' coping and well-being. The students are the resource of the future,’ says Mika Parkkari, education policy specialist at the Finnish Business School Graduates.

Dean Timo Korkeamäki thanks the Finnish Business School Graduates for the donation. The association has been a long-term supporter of the School of Business. ‘The shared goal of both the Finnish Business School Graduates and the School of Business is to promote high-quality expertise in business studies, and I warmly thank them for their donation. It has been a pleasure to work closely with the Graduates. One recent example is the great communication cooperation with HEKO, the member magazine of the Helsinki branch. We have also welcomed groups of business school graduates who have been interested in visiting the new premises of the School of Business at Ekonominaukio 1 in Otaniemi.’
