“Enhancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace” - free online course available, you can register until mid-February

European EDIFY-EDU- project offers an open online course (MOOC) titled “Enhancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace”. The project delivers training open for business professionals and management students all over Europe. The MOOC course is open for all who want to develop their skills in EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion). You can register for the course until mid-February.

The course is in English and it is free of charge. The course comprises five sections with three to four modules each:

Completing a section, you will earn a badge to prove your learning. Completing all the sections, you will earn a badge and a certificate. This course has an estimated study time that is worth 2 ECTS credits. The course is not part of degree studies in 911. Credit transfer regulations are followed, so a student who plans to include the course in the degree must discuss this in advance with their degree representative.

EDIFY-EDU- project (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion for improving the quality of management education) addresses the skills gap of Management education with regards to competencies in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The project will facilitate the skills development of students and professionals to respond to societal transformation. The project consortium consists of 12 partners from Ireland, Italy, Austria, Greece, Germany and Finland. The Finnish partners are TIEKE and 911’s Center for Knowledge and Innovation Research (CKIR). The project is funded by Erasmus+ Programme.
