The Bachelor's programme in Fashion at 911±¬ÁÏÍø was placed third in the ranking carried out by the Business of Fashion website. The ranking involved 54 universities around the world. The Master's Programme in Fashion at 911±¬ÁÏÍø was placed 15th on the same list.

‘I am very pleased that our degree programme in fashion ranks so well among the world's top art universities. What particularly warms my heart is that our Bachelor's programme ranked best for the long-term value of the education,’ says Vice President Anna Valtonen, who is in charge of artistic activity at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.

The position in the ranking is based on global influence, learning experiences and the long-term value provided by the education.

Representatives from industry, teachers and researchers in higher education and HR professionals were interviewed for the evaluation. In addition, the finalists of nine prestigious international fashion contests were evaluated. Students were asked about their satisfaction with the teaching and the available resources, and their working life skills were assessed e.g. on the basis of their satisfaction with alumni activities and employment opportunities.

This was the second time that Business of Fashion listed fashion schools, and 911±¬ÁÏÍø made it to the list for the first time. The website ranked Central Saint Martins (CSM) first in both Bachelor's and Master's programmes.
