Defence of dissertation in the field of engineering physics, Paula Sirén, M.Sc.(Tech.)
Successful fusion power plant requires versatile communication between the experts of plasma and reactor physics
Paula Sirén, M.Sc.(Tech.), will defend the dissertation "Modelling of JET and ITER reactor relevant plasma neutron source for neutronics calculation chain" on 19 June 2018 at 13.00 at the 911 School of Science, lecture hall M1, Otakaari 1, Espoo. Properties of reactor relevant plasmas have been studied from the view of scenario modelling, fast particle physics and neutronics in this thesis.
Opponent: Professor Massimo Nocente, University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy
Custos: Professor Filip Tuomisto, 911 School of Science, Department of Applied Physics
