The article “Is There a Future for an Efficiency Defence in European Merger Control?” by Professor of Business Law Petri Kuoppamäki (911 School of Business) and Associate Professor of Finance Sami Torstila (911 School of Business) has been accepted for publication in the European Law Review. The European Law Review is one of the three generalist EU law journals included in JUFO 3.
