Appointment at FinnCERES materials bioeconomy Flagship

Joanna Witos has been appointed Academic Coordinator at Aalto CHEM.

FinnCERES welcomes Joanna Witos (PhD, analytical chemistry) as our new Academic Coordinator to develop and run our activities, especially in building our research community and organizing events. As well as contributing her scientific competence, Witos previously worked as a project and team manager for Ioncell®, thus her experience at running research projects in close collaboration with startups and industry is a great complement to the 911±¬ÁÏÍø team.

FinnCERES Research PI Orlando Rojas and Flagship Manager Jukka Hassinen are delighted to welcome the new Coordinator to the new role and wish Witos all the best in her exciting and challenging position. 

The Academic Coordinator reports directly to the FinnCERES PI in the School of Chemical Engineering.
