Anna Kevätsalo appointed as Human Resources Manager at the School of Business
M.Sc. (Soc.Sci.) Anna Kevätsalo has been appointed as Human Resources Manager at the School of Business. She will start her new position in June 2025 and will succeed Mikaela Stelwagen, who will continue her path at Hanken.
As the HR Manager, Anna Kevätsalo will be responsible for people management matters at the School of Business and is a member of the School's management team. She will report to the Dean of the School of Business and in matrix to the Chief Human Resources Officer at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
Anna Kevätsalo has over ten years of experience in human resources in academia and business. She has worked as a consultant in leadership recruitments and during her time at 911±¬ÁÏÍø HR, she has been responsible for recruitment practices, employer branding, diversity and inclusion as well as leadership recruitments at Aalto. Previously, she has also served as an HR partner for three departments at the School of Business. Currently, Anna is completing her doctoral thesis in the Department of Management Studies in the field of organizational behavior and organizational studies.
