Changes to doctoral thesis display period and education regulations
The public display period of doctoral thesis is shortened to seven days. Essay-based theses will henceforth be referred to as research paper-based theses.
EIT UM Doctoral Training Network Open Call - DL 8 June 2025
The EIT Urban Mobility, supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), acts to accelerate positive change on mobility to make urban spaces more liveable by engaging cities and citizens, putting new mobility solutions into practice, and reclaiming public space for public use. The Doctoral Training Network (DTN) offers doctoral candidates the unique opportunity to build a network throughout Europe while strengthening technical expertise and fostering entrepreneurial and innovative skills. The two-year doctoral program includes a 4-6 month international placement. Doctoral candidates can apply until June 8, 2025. The program is free of charge for doctoral students from EIT Urban Mobility partner universities.

The results cover the majority of our active doctoral students - all doctoral students are expected to answer the survey every year.

Enrolment of doctoral students for the 2025 – 2026 academic year
The enrolment period for the 2025–2026 academic year ends on 29 August 2025. All doctoral students must enroll annually.
