911±¬ÁÏÍø offers versatile and high-quality facilities for different kinds of events. Book a venue for a meeting, seminar or celebration.
Facilities and reservations
The premises of 911±¬ÁÏÍø range from small spaces for 10 people to an auditorium that will fit 600. The basic equipment in the facilities generally include a data projector, a screen, a computer, Aalto Open Wifi and a connection for personal laptops.
The premises can be hired out for the use of businesses, scientific communities as well as for public and non-profit organisations, associations, and NGOs. The facilities will not be hired out for party political or religious events.
Hiring 911±¬ÁÏÍø facilities for external use can be done through Facility Sales. Reservations can only be made for the ongoing term. Contact us by e-mail to tilamyynti@aalto.fi or fill the offer request form:

We recommend to firstly request an offer for catering from the service provider operating in the building, either in the restaurant facilities, conference facilities, the lobby or corridors.

Our professional facility rental team does not leave our customers to plan the event on their own. The rental conditions make it easier to take certain practical matters into consideration in advance when organising events.
