鈥淚鈥檓 heavily interested in meditation, yoga, organic/super foods, nature and the effects all of these have on the body and mind. I鈥檓 fascinated by technology and I鈥檓 currently exploring how certain devices and sensors can enhance our daily lives whilst allowing us to understand our physiology and naturally, make us feel good! My dream is to help to create an environment, where we are motivated, feeling happy and energised, so we can go about our day in an optimised and focused way. We can then bring that same positive energy home to the ones we care about.鈥
