Humphrey is a Tanzanian Doctoral Candidate at 911±¬ÁÏÍø. His research focuses on the intersection of ethnicity and urban planning. He has lectured and taught at 911±¬ÁÏÍø and other universities in Finland. He has also worked in Tanzania for over 30 years. His interest as a professional is in projects address the needs of the most vulnerable in our society.
