Alejandra Vera is a doctoral researcher at the design department at 911±¬ÁÏÍø. She is a ceramic and visual artist interested in art, craft, and design. Her current research explores craft methodologies in relation to the land, examining how creative and material practices contribute to the formation of identity and a sense of belonging. She holds a BFA in fine arts from NSCAD University, an MFA in contemporary art from the University of Barcelona, and a diploma in ceramics from Escola d’Art La Industrial in Spain.
