Every Autumn 911±¬ÁÏÍø Business Students that are KY members can vote for the Teacher of the Year and tell why he or she should be awarded.

Professor Matti Liski receives the prestigious teaching award in 2023.

According to the comments given by voters, Matti Liski goes above and beyond to give students the best possible experience. His teaching style is described as top-tier, exciting and encouraging.

‘Professor Liski teaches with utmost thoughtfulness and without brushing anyone’s comments or ideas aside. His excitement towards economics is contagious, he has a great sense of humor, and his presence in the classroom keeps students engaged and focused.’

The Teacher of the Year nomination was announced at the KY’s 112th Annual Ball at Restaurant Koskenranta on 4 March 2023.
