Piloting the grading tool Gradescope
911±¬ÁÏÍø is piloting the use of a new tool, Gradescope, for grading and assessing student work. Gradescope uses a rubric as the basis of assessment. Several teachers can grade the same assignment from the pool of submissions. The rubric can be made or adjusted on the fly, and Gradescope automatically updates already marked submissions. Gradescope is also able to make a similarity comparison of structured texts like computer programs.

More than 400 young people start engineering studies in the new bachelor's majors of the School of Engineering
The total number of applicants to the bachelor's degree majors at the School of Engineering clearly increased from previous years. Female applicants were especially interested in the Sustainable Communities major, which focuses on changes in the built environment.
